- 100g poli salame narezane na mini koščke&lt;br /&gt;
- 50g masla &lt;br /&gt;
- bazilika, sol in lovor&lt;br /&gt;

Skuham makarone in jih odcedim. V večji posodi stopim maslo, ter na njemu za kakšno minuto ali dve prerpažim salamo z baziliko in lovorjem. Stresem notr makarone, dodam sir in sol ter mešam dokler se ne pojavijo pajčevine - to pomeni da se sir že vleče od makarona do makarona. Takrat počakam še kako slabo minuto in kosilo je nared.&lt;/div&gt;

- 150g sirnega ali smetanovega namaza (tamar)&lt;br /&gt;
- 75g kisle smetane&lt;br /&gt;
- 120g naribanega zelja&lt;br /&gt;
- 60g koruze&lt;br /&gt;
- 6 redkvic&lt;br /&gt;
- 8 oliv&lt;br /&gt;
- bazilika, sol, poper, žajbelj, čili&lt;br /&gt;
- sok polovice limone&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Pripravim si večjo posodo v kateri bom pripravil namaz, nato odprem konzervo tune in jo odtisnem na cedilu. Stresem v posodo in dodam koruzo, naribano zelje, sirni namaz, kislo smetano, sok limone, redkvice in olive (seveda jih prej narežem na majhne koščke) in 3 žlice prvovrstnega olivnega olja. Začinim po okusu, sam imam precej rad okus žajbla v namazu zato ga je za vsaj 3 jedilne žlice, ostalih začimb pa seveda bolj malo.&lt;/div&gt;

Segrejem vodo za makarone in ko stresem makarone v vrelo vodo začnem z pripravo omake. Olupim česen in ga zdrobim v možnarju ali z vilico, ter ga prepražim na olivnem olju. Dodam začimbe, brez soli in popra, in lososa narezanega na majhne centimeterske kocke. Pražim okoli 4 minute in dodam še sir, počakam, da se le ta stopi, nato pa vržem notr še kislo smetano, sol in poper. Dobro premešam in odstavim z ognja. Kosilo v 15 minutah, pa še dobro je.&lt;/div&gt;

- 600g kruha&lt;br /&gt;
- 600ml vanilijeve kreme&lt;br /&gt;
- 150g rozin&lt;br /&gt;
- 300g mini piškotkov (z ali brez čokolade)&lt;br /&gt;
- 200g oreščkov (mandelnji, lešniki in arašidi)&lt;br /&gt;
- 700ml mleka&lt;br /&gt;
- 200g medu&lt;br /&gt;
- 200g CUKRA&lt;br /&gt;
- 50ml ruma &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Kruh narežem na mini mini koščke in ga vržem v veliko skledo. Na zmernem ognju stopim v loncu stopim cukr in ga zalijem z mlekom. Vrelemu mleku dodam med in rum ter 2 minuti mešam na minimalnem ognju. Zalijem kruh in dodam rozine in oreščke, nato pa dobro dobro premešam in dodam še 2/3 piškotov (torej 200g, sam uporabim mini leibniz brez čokolade) in ne me j****, spet premešam. Pripravim vanilijevo kremo, karšnokoli že, sam uporabljam vanilijevo kremo za princeske iz vrečke. Na večjo ploščato posodo iz kruhove mase naredim kepice, ki se držijo med seboj in čezenj prelijem vanilijevo kremo. Na vrhu potresem še 100g piškotov (tudi leibniz samo da so z čokolado) in nežno a vseeno dobro premešam. Postavim v hladilnik za vsaj eno uro. Zraven se odlično prileže vanilijev sladoled.&lt;br /&gt;

- 400ml mleka&lt;br /&gt;
- 800g moke&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 jajce&lt;br /&gt;
- 300g oreščkov (arašidi, mandelji, lešniki, indijski oreščki)&lt;br /&gt;
- 100g rozin&lt;br /&gt;
- polovica kvasove kocke&lt;br /&gt;
- žlička sladkorja&lt;br /&gt;
- žlica kisle smetane&lt;br /&gt;
- 100g stopljenega masla &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Sladkor, kvas, približno 50ml mleka, 100g stopljenega masla in 3 žlice moke zmešam ter pustim da vzhaja. Ko
čakam, da kvas vzhaja, presejem moko v večjo posodo. Vzhajan kvas
zlijem v posodo z moko in počasi dodajam toplo mleko in dobro premešano jajce, da dobim lepo gosto in trdno testo. Pečico ogrejem na 50 stopinj in postavim
premešano testo v pečico za 45 minut (testo mora počivati v posodi pokriti z
vlažno krpo), vrata pečice pa pustim priprta, tako da med vrata in
pečico vstavim kuhalnico.Po 45 minutah testo vzamem iz pečice in ga še enkrat pregnetem in dodam zdrobljene (ne zmlete) oreščke in rozine. Kruh položim na pekač z peki papirjem, v posodi zmešam kislo smetano in malo vode in namažem kruh. Postavim ga v pečico ogreto na 180°C in kruh pečem dobrih 45 minut, oziroma tako dolgo, da ko potrkam na kruh slišim votel zvok.&lt;br /&gt;

- 500g skute&lt;br /&gt;
- 750g v mleku kuhanega gresa (kako ga skuhat piše na embalaži)&lt;br /&gt;
- 250g kokosove moke&lt;br /&gt;
- 50g stopljenega masla&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Skuto, kokos, gres in maslo zelo zelo dobro zmešam in ga stresem v namaščen pekač. Stvar dam v pečico na 190°C za slabo uro. Preden odstranim iz pekača pustim na zraku okoli 15 minut, da se rahlo strdi.&lt;br /&gt;

- 9 bejbi piškotov&lt;br /&gt;
- pest mandeljev&lt;br /&gt;
- 11 palačink&lt;br /&gt;
- 500g sveže nepuste skute&lt;br /&gt;
- 100g CUKRA&lt;br /&gt;
- 1000ml mleka&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 vrečki pudinga&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 žlice evrokrema (da nam NUTELI reklame delu, beri kakavov namaz) :-)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Skuto zmešam z cukrom in pustim v hladilniku 10 minut. Pripravim si model za torto in ga obložim z peki papirjem. Palačinke zlagam eno vrh druge in vmes dobro namažem z skuto. Tako naredim z 10 palačinkami, med 10 in 11 palačinko pa namažem kakavov namaz. Skuham puding z zelo malo cukra (več kot 2 žlici na vrečko ne priporočam) in ga prelijem čez palačinke. Povrhu zložim bejbi piškote in mandeljne ter počakam, da se ohladi. Ko je torta zmerno hladna jo postavim v hladilnik še za kako uro ali dve.&lt;/div&gt;

Olive in svež čili narežem na drobne koščke, in jih zmešam z kislo smetano. Dodam začimbe in olivno olje, dobro premešam in stvar je končana. Priporočam, da namaz počiva kako slabo uro v hladilniku, da se okusi povežejo med seboj, se splača - preverjeno!&lt;br /&gt;

Pristavim vodo za špagete in jo osolim. Narežem česen in špeh na tanke rezine in ju prepražim na olivnem olju, da špeh postekleni, nato takoj dodam peter-šil, ampak samo listke, ki jih potržem iz stebelc. Ko so špageti kuhani jih odcedim in zmešam z omako, ter kake 3 minute še pražim na zmernem ognju. Zraven ponudim košček sira in malo svežega špeha.&lt;br /&gt;

- 170g mešanega mletega mesa&lt;br /&gt;
- origano, peteršilj, čili, rdeča paprika, sol, poper, bazilika in lovor&lt;br /&gt;
- polovica srednje velike čebule&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 srednje velika korenja&lt;br /&gt;
- 9 oliv&lt;br /&gt;
- žlica paradižnikovega koncentrata&lt;br /&gt;
- 400g špinačnih rezancev&lt;br /&gt;
- 200g sira&lt;br /&gt;
- olivno olje&lt;br /&gt;
- voda izpod pipe &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Najprej si pripravim sestavine: iz mesa oblikujem približno centimeter debele kroglice popolne oblike, nasekljam čebulo, naribam korenje in sir, pojem 3 olive in segrejem malo olivnega olja v manjši posodi. Na segretem olju prepražim čebulo in ko je le ta prepražena, dodam mesne kroglice in jih pečem približno 7 minut in pol da dobijo sivo barvo in ne razpadejo. V posodo fliknem še korenje in po 5 minutah še žlico paradižnikovega koncentrata ter pražim še kako minuto ali tri. Vmes seveda previdno mešam. Po minuti ali treh zalijem z malo vode izpod pipe in dodam vse zgoraj navedene začimbe in še ostalih 6 oliv. Zdaj pristavim osoljeno vodo izpod pipe v večji lonec, kjer bom skuhal špinačne rezance. Omako kuham še kakih 20 minut, vmes zmerno mešam vsake 3 minute saj nočem, da se mi prismodi, vodo pa dodajam po potrebi, da dosežem ali vzdržujem željeno gostoto. Po 20 minutah so tako makaroni kot omaka pripravljeni zato lahko serviram na krožnik, na katerega potresem vsaj 2 žlici naribanega sira, saj sir popestri okus. Dober tek.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span class="mainlarge"&gt;&lt;span class="mainlarge"&gt;Jajce delim na rumenjak in beljak, ter rumenjak zmešam z 50g cukra, da dobim svetlo rumeno zmes, beljak pa stepem v sneg. V večji posodi zmešam skuto, kislo smetano, rozine, kokosovo moko, preostali cukr in stepen rumenjak, ter prelijem s polovico zamaška ruma. Filo razmažem po razvaljanem testu in čezenj položim še sneg. Zvijem in pečem v pečici na 180°C približno 50 minut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

- 12 srednje velikih krompirjev (od 3 - 4 na glavo)&lt;br /&gt;
- 80g špeha (najboljši je domač)&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 velika čebula&lt;br /&gt;
- 200g zamrznjenega graha&lt;br /&gt;
- sol&lt;br /&gt;
- olivno olje&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Krompir olupim in ga prerežem na polovico, v vsako polovico vrežem 2 ali 3 vdolbine v obili črke V. V vsako vdolbino dam rezino špeha in malo narezane čebule. Krompir dam v steklen pekač, namazan z olivnim oljem in čez njega potresem krompir, ki mi je ostal od vreznin (koščke od Vjev), preostanek narezane čebule in špeha. Vse skupaj prekrijem z zamrznjenim grahom in še malo pokapljam z olivnim oljem ter narahlo posolim. Pekač pokrijem z pokrovom ali z folijo in dam na 195°C za 55 minut.&lt;br /&gt;

- 500ml mleka&lt;br /&gt;
- žlica sladkorja&lt;br /&gt;
- 50g navadnih piškotov (varjanta albert keksi)&lt;br /&gt;
- 100g borovnic, pa magari ameriških&lt;br /&gt;

Pripravim si pekač približno 32,7cm širok in okrogel, načeloma pa nima veze samo paziti moram, da nimam premalo pudinga. Pekač najprej obložim s peki papirjem, nato pa ga prekrijem z piškoti, v špranjice med njimi pa jih nekaj tudi nadrobim. Mleko razdelim v lonec (450ml) in manjšo posodo (50ml), v kateri bom zamešal puding. Lonec postavim na štedilnik in ga grejem do vretja. Vmes zmešam puding z samo 1 žlico sladkorja. Ko mleko zavre ga odstavim in vanj zlijem puding, dobro premešam in vrem še 2 minuti, ali pač kakor zahteva proizvajalec pudinga. Puding vlijem v pekač in ga okrasim s piškoti ter v puding potopim borovnice, ampak ne vseh ker jih pač moram nekaj tudi pojest. Stvar pustim na zraku, da se ohladi, nato pa ftaknem še v hladilnik za kako dobro uro.&lt;/div&gt;

- 80ml mleka&lt;br /&gt;
- 100g čokolade v prahu&lt;br /&gt;
- zamašek ruma &lt;br /&gt;

Plošče napolitank odrežem tako, da dobim 3 pravokotnike velike 30 x 25 cm. V veliki skledi dobro premešam čokolado, piškote, stepeno smetano, rum in mleko. Ko dobro premešam in dobim gladko maso dodam še figovo marmelado in še enkrat zelo zelo dobro premešam. Na prvi pravokotnik napolitanke namažem približno pol centimetra debelo plast te dobro premešane mase in postavim nanjo drugi pravokotnik napolitanke. Dobro pritisnem, da se lepo usede na maso in ponovim vajo, kar pomeni, da namažem še eno plast in čezenj poveznem še eno napolitanko. Spet dobro pritisnem da se masa in napolitanka dobro sprimeta. Čez te napolitanke postavim malce težji ploh in dam za vsaj 3 ure v hladilnik. Po treh ali več urah stvar narežem na kocke, trikotnike, kroge, smrekce, .... Zelo zelo preprosta stvar. Preostanek mase seveda pojem z žlico saj pri nas nič ne gre v franže. hehe!&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Sestavine:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- četrtinka suhe klobase&lt;br /&gt;
- žlica paradižnikovega koncentrata&lt;br /&gt;
- polovica čebule&lt;br /&gt;
- olivno olje&lt;br /&gt;
-&amp;nbsp;500g makaronov (sam sem uporabil več vrst)&lt;br /&gt;
- origano, sol, poper, bazilika, peteršilj, rdeča paprika&lt;br /&gt;
- nariban navaden sir &lt;br /&gt;
- slab deciliter vode&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pristavim vodo za makarone in jo dobro osolim. Med tem, ko se voda greje, narežem čebulo in jo prepražim na olivnem olju. Ko je čebula prepražena dodam na majhne koščke narezano klobaso, in čmajžam približno dve minuti, dodam paradižnikov koncentrat, origano in baziliko&amp;nbsp;in čmajžam še dve minuti, nato pa zalijem z slabim decilitrom vode. Vodo prilivam počasi, saj mora biti omaka precej gosta.&amp;nbsp;Med tem že zavre voda za makarone in le te stresem v vodo. Hkrati v mojo omako stresem še ostale začimbe (papriko, peteršilj, sol in poper) in pusim da omaka rahlo vre. Ko so makaroni kuhani, jih odcedim in v lonec, kjer sem kuhal makarone zlijem še malo olivnega olja, dodam makarone in omako, ter med mešanjem kuham na zmernem ognju še slabih 5 minut. Ko so makaroni na krožniku, jih potresem s sirom in jih, ne boste verjeli, pojem.&amp;nbsp; :-)&lt;br /&gt;

Sestavine:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- 500g kuskusa&lt;br /&gt;
- 1000ml mleka&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 jajci&lt;br /&gt;
- 150g CUKRA&lt;br /&gt;
- 500g skute&lt;br /&gt;
- 50ml sladke smetane&lt;br /&gt;
- ščepec soli&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Mleko razdelim na polovico (za počasne: 2x po pol litra), in polovico zavrem in rahlo osolim. V vrelo mleko stresem kuskus, premešam&amp;nbsp;in ugasnem ogenj ter počakam slabih 5 minut, da se kuskus napije mleka. Vmes razbijem jajci in ločim rumenjake od beljakov. Iz beljakov stepem sneg, rumenjaka&amp;nbsp;in 50g CUKRA&amp;nbsp;pa dobro zmešam, da nastane svetlo rumena snov. Kuskus stresem v večjo posodo in med mešanjem pošasi prilivam preostalo polovico&amp;nbsp;hladnega mleka. Kuskus moram dobro premešati, ker postane trd in&amp;nbsp;se&amp;nbsp;zlepi v&amp;nbsp;večje kose, preden pa ga dam v pekač pa mora biti&amp;nbsp;razpuščen. Torej&amp;nbsp;ko&amp;nbsp;kuskus premešam, dodam&amp;nbsp;v posodo še skuto, rumenjake, smetano&amp;nbsp;in preostali&amp;nbsp;CUKR. Spet dobro premešam in&amp;nbsp;dodam še sneg iz beljakov, to pa moram premešati&amp;nbsp;s posebno previdnostjo.&amp;nbsp;Zmes stresem v namaščen pekač in ga za dobre pol ure pečem na 180°C. Ko je pečen se prileže z domačim džemom ali čokolado.&lt;br /&gt;

Sestavine:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
-&amp;nbsp;2 banani&lt;br /&gt;
- jagode (vložene če pa dobite sveže pa toliko bolje)&lt;br /&gt;
- višnje (beri&amp;nbsp;pri&amp;nbsp;jagodah)&lt;br /&gt;
- suhe slive (sveže suhe slive pa žal ne obstajajo)&lt;br /&gt;
- špile (ali kake druge tanke dolge palčke)&lt;br /&gt;
- 200g čokolade&lt;br /&gt;
- nakaj malega mleka&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Banane olupim in narežem na kolute, približno centimeter in pol debeline. Na špilo nabodem po dve jagodi, slivi, višnji in dva koluta banane v mešanem vrstnem redu. Čokolado nadrobim na majhne koščke in jo stopim na zmernem ognju v majhni posodici z malo mleka, da ni pregosta in se da prelivat. Vročo čokolado prelijem čez budala in jih za kako urico ali dve postavim v hladilnik. Dobro je da budala postavim na pladenj ali globok krožnik, da se sadje z čokolado ne dotika podlage, saj tako ostane čokolada na sadju in ne na krožniku. Na koncu samo še pojem in sem zmagu. Za približno 7 (na)budal.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Sestavine:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- 7 krompirjev&lt;br /&gt;
- 4 velike korenje&lt;br /&gt;
- 100g zamrznjenega graha&lt;br /&gt;
- meso iz župe, kolikor ga pač je&lt;br /&gt;
- cela hrenovka (2 polovici)&lt;br /&gt;
- olivno olje&lt;br /&gt;
- origano, lovor, sol, poper, bazilika, majaron, rožmarin in čili (mleti)&lt;br /&gt;
- 200g sira&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 jajci&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Olupim in na kolute narežem krompir, korenje nastrgam in ga prav tako narežem na kolute, meso narežem na manjše tanke rezine in skupaj z grahom zmešam v veliki posodi. Posolim, popopram, pobazilikam, pomajaronam, porožmarinam, dodam še 3 žlice olivnega olja in vse skupaj dobro premešam. Na pekač zlijem nekaj olivnega olja, toliko, da prekrije dno in na olje enakomerno potresem origano in nekaj lovorjevih listov. Premešano zelenjavo, krompir in meso stresem na pekač in ga za 40 minut vtaknem na 190°C. Ko se peče ta naša ŠARA, narežem še hrenavko, prav tako na kolute, in naribam sir. Sir dobro zmešam z 2 jajci in dodam ščepec soli in kavno žličko čilija. Po 40 minutah peke vzamem pekač iz pečice ter v ŠARO zmešam še hrenavko, čezenj pa razporedim sir z jajci. Temperaturo v pečici povišam na 200°C in ŠARO pečem še od 10 do 15 minut.&lt;br /&gt;

- polovica hrenavke (narezana na rezine)&lt;br /&gt;
- 70g suhe salame&lt;br /&gt;
- 9 oliv&lt;br /&gt;

Polento skuham (ker je instant je to precej hitro) v kropu aka. slani vodi, in jo zlijem na pomaščen pekač. Počakam, da se polenta shladi. Koliko se bo polenta shladila je pomembno zaradi trdote le te, saj bolj kot je hladna, bolj se zgosti. Priporočam vsaj 15 minut, trdoto oziroma gostoto lahko preverim s prstom. Ko pride polenta do željene trdote, jo namažem z paradižnikovo mezgo, ki sem jo zmešal z baziliko, origanom, ščepcom soli (najprej poskusim stopnjo slanosti) in ščepcom popra. Po paradižnikovi mezgi potresem približno polovico sira, čezenj položim rezine suhe&amp;nbsp;salame, hrenavke in olive, vendar ne vseh 9, ker vsaj 3 pojem.&amp;nbsp;Čez posujem še ostali sir in dam v pečico, ogreto na 180°C,&amp;nbsp;za dobrih 15 minut. Ko vzamem iz pečice pojem, vendar pazim, da se ne opečem po grlu. &lt;br /&gt;

- 300g puranjega mesa v koščkih&lt;br /&gt;
- 250g svežega&amp;nbsp;zelja&lt;br /&gt;

- 480g rdečega fižola&lt;br /&gt;
- polovica rdeče paprike&lt;br /&gt;
- polovica rumene paprike&lt;br /&gt;
- riž&lt;br /&gt;
-&amp;nbsp;9 oliv&lt;br /&gt;
- 300g načo sira&lt;br /&gt;
- žlica kisle smetane&lt;br /&gt;
- mala čebula&lt;br /&gt;
- paradižnikova mezga&lt;br /&gt;
- salsa dip&amp;nbsp;omaka za čips (jakost začinjenosti po okusu, sam sem uporabil najbolj pekočo)&lt;br /&gt;
- sol, poper, bazilika, origano, majaron, ingver, curry&lt;br /&gt;
- olivno olje&lt;br /&gt;

Najprej riž operem, in ga prepražim na olivnem olju in začinim z kavno žličko curija. Riža računam na vsakega jedca 3/4 kavne šalice. V našem primeru uporabim&amp;nbsp;4 šalice riža. Po 5 minutah praženja, riž zalijem z vodo in solim. Kuham ga toliko časa, kolikor pač zahteva uporabljen riž (mi piše na embalaži). 5 minut preden je riž skuhan, vržem vanj 6 oliv, 3 olive pa pojem. Takrat začnem z praženjem čebule (najbolje v voku, lahko tudi v loncu) in na spraženi čebuli prepražim še meso. Dodam papriko narezano na pol centimetrske kocke, koruzo, 50ml paradižnikove mezge in 3 žlice salsa omake. Ko sem dodal sestavine dobro premešam, nato pa segrejem pečico na 100°C in postavim notr pekač, na katerem so razporejene tortilije. Hkrati pa v drugem lončku na malo olivnega olja stresem fižol in ga z matučkom površno pretlačim. Riž mora biti do sedaj že kuhan in ga postavim stran od štedilnika, ker imam že tako polno dela. Naše meso in zelenjavo začinim z origanom, majaronom, soljo, poprom in ingverjem, fižol pa samo posolim in popopram. V fižol lahko dodam malo vode, če je pregost, ampak res malo, ker če ne dobim juho. Po dobrih 5 minutah kuhe v zelenjavo dodam 4 žlice riža, ki sem ga prej skuhal&amp;nbsp;in naribano zelje, na štedilnik pa pristavim še tretjo posodo v katero dam žlico kisle smetane in načo sir. Vmes vsake toliko premešam fižol in mešanico zelenjave, mesa in riža, saj se mi ne sme prismodit, načo pa mešam konstantno, ker se hitro prismodi. Načo je narejen po 5 minutah vrenja in takrat lahko vse odstavim iz ognja, saj je vse skuhano. Ugasnem pečico in iz nje vzamem vsako tortilijo posebej. Tortilijo napolnim z maso iz riža, mesa in zelenjave ter zavijem v obliko valja. Zraven postavim kepico riža in fižola ter tortilijo prelijem z načo omako. Za 4 lakotnike.&lt;br /&gt;

Razvaljano testo položim predse in pazim da ni predolgo saj mora lepo sesti v pekač, namazan z maslom. Nanj položim beljak in ga razporedim po 88 % testa. Na beljak enakomerno potresem seme buč in&amp;nbsp;sončnic, mlete orehe, mandelje, kokosovo moko in laneno seme. Čez nadev pokapljam stopljeno maslo in počasi ter previdno zvijem v dolgo, mehko klobaso. Pazim, da rob zavijem navznoter, da nadev ne uhaja pri koncih. Položim v pekač,&amp;nbsp;večkrat in na večih koncih prebodem vrhnjo plast z&amp;nbsp;čačkalico (da ne razpoka med peko)&amp;nbsp;in dam v pečico ogreto na 180°C za dobrih&amp;nbsp;45 minut (gotovost preverjam z nožem, sej vemo, če je nož&amp;nbsp;suh potem je pečeno). &lt;br /&gt;

V namaščen pekač (najboljši je pekač za burek) postavim krog testa in ga pritisnem ob rob. V skledi zmešam skuto, kislo smetano, CUKR,&amp;nbsp;oprane rozine in drobtine (neoprane)&amp;nbsp;in vržem na testo. Poravnam in prekrijem z trakovi testa, da oblikujem mrežo. Mrežo in rob premažem z beljakom z kuhinjskim čopičom. Dam v pečico ogreto na 180°C za dobre pol ure. Preden odstranim pekač moram počakati, da se pita primerno ohladi. Preizkušeno dobra.&lt;br /&gt;

V drugem lončku stepem rumenjake (POZOR samo rumenjake, beljake shranim za nadev potice&amp;nbsp;in premaz pite), mleko, CUKR (kar ga ostane) in sol. To pogrejem, dodam stopljeno maslo in postopoma zmešam v moko, ki ji dodam še vzhajan kvas. Dobro pregnetem testo in ga pokritega z vlažno cunjo&amp;nbsp;pustim vzhajati 1 uro. &lt;br /&gt;

Narezano čebulo pražim na olivnem olju z origanom in baziliko. Med praženjem čebule pripravim zrezke. Zrezke potolčem, posolim, popopram in namažem na tanko z gorčico. Take zrezke fliknem na prepraženo čebulo in počasi pečem na zmernem ognju cca 25 minut, po potrebi zalijem z malo vode, ampak res ne pretiravam z vodo saj zrezke pečem. Olje za cvrenje segrejem in notri ocvrem krompir, ki sem ga narezal na kolute. Čeprav je stvar precej podobna pomfriju, je vseeno precej drugačna po okusu. Za načo omako nucam cca 10 minut. Najprej segrejem žlico olivnega olja in nanj dam kislo smetano, po sekundi in pol pa še načo sir in svež čili, ki peče&amp;nbsp;(vsaj 3 rezine)&amp;nbsp;in konstantno mešam. Ko načo zavre začinim z baziliko in prelijem čez zrezek. &lt;br /&gt;

- 1500g mletega mešanega mesa&lt;br /&gt;
- konzerva koruze&lt;br /&gt;
- 300g rjavega fižola&lt;br /&gt;
- 300g belega fižola&lt;br /&gt;
- 300g rdečega fižola&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 veliki sveži papriki&lt;br /&gt;
-&amp;nbsp;3 sveže pekoče čilije&lt;br /&gt;
- 700g pelatov&lt;br /&gt;
- žlica paradižnikovega koncentrata&lt;br /&gt;
- sol, poper, čili (mleti), bazilika, majaron, rdeča paprika (mleta),&amp;nbsp;lovor, peteršilj&lt;br /&gt;
- olivno olje&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Najprej narežem čebulo in jo prepražim na olivnem olju. Čebulo pražim počasi na zmernem ognju, saj nočem, da se prismodi (cca. 20 minut). Dodam meso in 10&amp;nbsp;do 15 listov lovorja, odvisno od velikosti le tega. Tudi meso čmajžam počasi in vztrajno, vmes pa narežem papriko, čili, odprem konzerve in fižol razdelim na polovico (fižol vseh barv). Med čmajžanjem mesa pazim, da se ne prismodi in ga po potrebi zalijem z vodo. Po 20 minutah čmajžanja je meso pripravljeno. Notri vržem papriki, ki sem jih narezal na polcentimetrske kocke, žlico koncentrata, 100ml&amp;nbsp;vode&amp;nbsp;in pelate in fino premešam. Pustim 10 minut in dodam polovico fižola, drugo polovico pa z matučkom pretlačim, da dobim fižolovo pasto in po 10 minutah fliknem notr še to polovico fižola. Spet počakam 10 minut in dodam še koruzo. Ne boste verjeli ampak počakam še 10 minut in&amp;nbsp;dodam še svež čili, ki sem ga narezal na tanke trakove&amp;nbsp;(pazim, da se med rezanjem čilija ne dotikam oči, nosu, ust ali podobnih občutljivih delov, če pa vas zanima zakaj pa poskusite) in vse skupaj začinim z&amp;nbsp;žličko in pol&amp;nbsp;paprike, čilija, pol žličke bazilike, majarona,&amp;nbsp;popra in posolim. Vse skupaj počasi zalivam z vodo, do željene&amp;nbsp;gostote&amp;nbsp;in kuham še dobro&amp;nbsp;uro&amp;nbsp;na zmernem ognju v skoraj zaprti posodi.&amp;nbsp;Ko se stvar odstavi z ognja se doda še malo petršilja in poje, res pa je, da je vsaka dobra enolončnica boljša naslednji dan. Za vsaj 6 lakotnikov.&lt;br /&gt;

- 1 nasekljan strok česna&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 nasekljana&amp;nbsp;velika čebula&lt;br /&gt;

Čebulo nasekljam in jo skupaj z lovorjem in origanom prepražim na olivnem olju, dodam meso in česen&amp;nbsp;ter po dobrih 10 minutah še paradižnikovo mezgo, približno 100ml oziroma 1 žlica koncentrata. Skupaj čmajžam, ja čmajžam&amp;nbsp;dobrih 10 minut in na koncu še solim, popram, bazilikam, rožmarinam in še kako začimbo fliknem not. Krompir dobro&amp;nbsp;operem in&amp;nbsp;ga prerežem na polovico po dolgem. Sredico izdolbem (najboljše z žlico), ga malce posolim in poporam&amp;nbsp;in&amp;nbsp;napolnim z mesom. Nekateri bi rekli da moram krompir prej za 10 minut pokuhati v kropu a se ne strinjam, ker krompir potem zgubi svojo trdoto. Krompir potem zložim na pooljan pekač in dam v pečico. Pečem od 30 - 45 minut na 200 stopinj, vendar pa moram krompir prekriti z peki papirjem, ki ga prej zmečkam in zmočim, da je vlažen. Ko se krompir speče, nanj položim še nekaj rezin sira in pustim v pečici&amp;nbsp;še kako minuto ali dve da se sir lepo stopi. Za prilogo je najboljši v kropu kuhan brokoli in kuskus. (na sliki so tudi tenstane bučke)&lt;br /&gt;

No, to maso potem dam na pomaščen pekač (sam uporabljam pekač ki se razstavi da lažje vzamem ven biskvit - premer 25cm) in dam v pečico za 25 minut na 195 stopinj, lahko tudi kako minuto manj (da je testo pečeno preverim z nožem, ki ga zapičim v testo in če je nož suh je testo pečeno). - 2/3 kocke kvasa (celotna kocka ima 42g)&lt;br /&gt;
- 500g moke&lt;br /&gt;
- 250ml mlačne vode&lt;br /&gt;
- dobra žlička soli&lt;br /&gt;
- žlička sladkorja &lt;br /&gt;
- 4 žlice mleka&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 hrenovka - 2 polovici&amp;nbsp;(prerezana po dolgem - tako da dobim 4 dolge rezine hrenovke)&lt;br /&gt;
- nekaj rezin sira&lt;br /&gt;
- žlica kisle smetane&lt;br /&gt;

Sladkor, kvas, mleko in 3 žlice moke zmešam ter pustim da vzhaja. Ko čakam, da kvas vzhaja, presejem moko v večjo posodo. Vzhajan kvas zlijem v posodo in dodam mlačno vodo. Počasi zamesim testo za kruh. Pečico ogrejem na 50 stopinj in postavim testo v pečico za 45 minut (testo mora počivati v posodi pokriti z vlažno krpo), vrata pečice pa pustim priprta, tako da med vrata in pečico vstavim kuhalnico. Po 45 minutah testo vzamem iz pečice in ga še enkrat pregnetem. Testo razdelim na 4 dele. Vsak del z rokami oblikujem v ploščato elipso in v sredino postavim hrenovko, prekrijem jo&amp;nbsp;z sirom in zavijem testo okoli "nadeva". Postavim na namaščen pekač, naredim rahle zareze preko štručk,&amp;nbsp;premažem z kislo smetano (zmešano z štamperletom vode)&amp;nbsp;in ftaknem, ja ftaknem v pečico ogreto na 200 stopinj velikega C-ja za približno 25 minut. Priporočam tople.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Pekač naoljim in nanj položim lososove zrezke. 2 stroka česna narežem na rezine, 3 pa nasekljam, prav tako nasekljam svež peteršilj (lahko uporabim tudi suhega). Na posoljene in popoprane&amp;nbsp;zrezke (ne pretiravajte s soljo in poprom, kajti pršut ima to že v sebi)&amp;nbsp;dam polovico&amp;nbsp;peteršilja, polovico nasekljanega česna,&amp;nbsp;po dve rezini pršuta&amp;nbsp;in nekaj rezin česna na pršut. Ostali česen in peteršilj&amp;nbsp;potresem okoli zrezkov. Na hitro pokapljam na zrezke še čisto malo olivnega olja in dam v pečico, ogreto na 190 stopinj, za 8 do 12 minut, odvisno od debeline zrezkov. Za prilogo priporočam pražen krompir in mešano kuhano zelenjavo. &lt;br /&gt;

Zraven mesne štruce se odlično priležejo kruhovi cmoki, no v bistvu je tud to ena štruca sam iz kruha. Kadar nam kruh ostaja je to način kako se ga znebiti - da nam pol ne morejo očitat, da je kruh v smetnjakih.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Kruh naj bo že posušen saj da boljši okus cmokom. Ko imam kruh narezan ga stresem v posodo, kjer bom oblikoval in gnetel vse skupaj. Kruh zalijem z vrelim mlekom in dodam še jajca ter začimbe.&amp;nbsp;Ob dobrem gnetenju dodajam moko za trdnost mase saj moram narediti dovolj trdno maso da se ne bo razpustila med kuho. Včasih je 100g moke preveč včasih premalo, odvisno od kruha. Ko imam lepo trdno&amp;nbsp;maso ki se da oblikovati v lepe krogle, vzamem korenje in ga okoli in okoli obdam z kruhovo maso, tako da nastane štručka z premerom približno 10cm. Tako štručko dam v vrelo vodo za dobrih 10 minut in imam narejeno prilogo. Zraven paše omaka iz špinače (450g drobno mlete zamrznjene&amp;nbsp;špinače, 100ml smetane in sol kuhamo do vrenja in pustimo vreti 5 minut) in dobra solata. &lt;br /&gt;

- 1kg mletega mesa (bolje če je večkrat zmleto, kar naj mesar zmelje meso pred vami)&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 stroke česna&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 in pol velike žemlje&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 srednje veliki čebuli&lt;br /&gt;
- majaron, origano, peteršilj, lovor, zelena, sol, poper, bazilika in rožmarin&lt;br /&gt;
- nekaj kapljic olivnega olja&lt;br /&gt;
- nekaj tankih trakov sira&lt;br /&gt;

Na majhne koščke narežem žemljo in pol (manjši so boljši kot večji). Čebulo sesekljam in jo prepražim do zlate barve skupaj z lovorjem in origanom na olivnem olju. Meso postavim v skledo in dodam začimbe, česen (ki sem ga že speštal v možnarju ali z vilico), čebulo (lovor odstranim po praženju) in žemljo in pol (narezano). Vse skupaj dobro zgnetem kar z rokami. Oblikujem lepo dolgo štruco in jo postavim na pekač, ki sem ga naoljil z olivnim oljem. Zraven lahko dam tudi krompir v kosih in korenje. Pečem slabo uro na 200 stopinj velikega C-ja. Sestavine, razen japkov in olja, zmešam skupaj da nastane gladka zmes. Olje segrejem in si zraven postavim skledo z maso in japki, ki sem jih pripravil. Japka pomočim v maso in jih hitro vržem v segreto olje za kake 3 minute oziroma dokler ni lepe rjave barve. Dobro je da je zmes ravno prave gostote zato moko dodajam počasi, če pa jo je že preveč in je zmes pregosta pa rečim z radensko ali pivom (priporočam mikser). Na ta način lahko nardim tudi ananas ali banane ali kako drugo trše sadje. Dober tek.&lt;br /&gt;

V drugi posodi zmešam kakav in nekaj kaplic mleka kot pri piškotih, da dobim lepo kakavovo maso in jo zmešam z ostalo maso za mufine, da dobim lepo rjavo maso. Dobro premešam in vlijem v pekač. Sam imam silikonski pekač in ga ni potrebno ne mastiti ne obložiti z peki papirjem ali lončki za mufine, če pa imaš teflonski pekač ali kovinskega pa priporočam tako maščobo kot papirnate lončke. Muffine vstavim v pečico in za 20 minut pustim na 205 stopinj velikega C-ja. Odlični so. Če pa se&amp;nbsp;ti bo zahotelo zelenjavnih ali mesnih pa uporabi podobne mere za količino nadeva, meni so odlično uspeli&amp;nbsp;s puranom in korenjem, tudi pizza niso bili slabi. &lt;br /&gt;

Že kar nekaj let delam to omako svoje iznajdbe za makarone (torteline, kapelete, žlikrofe, njoke,...) in mi še vedno cedi sline. Je čist "simpl" in hudičevo dobra. &lt;br /&gt;

Sestavine:&lt;br /&gt;
- konzervo tune 80g (lahko več ali manj odvisno koliko ljudi in koliko imam rad tuno)&lt;br /&gt;
- 150g mešane zelenjave (grah, paprika, koruza in olive)&lt;br /&gt;
- eno narezano majhno čebulo&lt;br /&gt;
- nekaj kapljic olivnega olja&lt;br /&gt;
- lonček kisle smetane&lt;br /&gt;
- lovor, majaron, čili, poper, sol, origano in peteršilj&lt;br /&gt;
- 60g sira v rezinah, kockah ali naribanega (manjši kot bodo kosi hitreje se bo stopilo)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Na olivnem olju dobro&amp;nbsp;prepražim čebulo z lovorjevim listom in origanom, dodam ocejeno tuno (na cedilu jo z vilicami dobro pretlačim) in&amp;nbsp;zelenjavo (kupim si konzervo mešane zelenjave&amp;nbsp;ali pač kombiniram iz različnih konzerv in kozarcev). Vse skupaj pražim od 5 do 10 minut in dodam še ostale začimbe, dobro premešam, dodam še kislo smetano in počakam da zavre. Ko kisla smetana zavre dodam še sir in vseskozi mešam omako. Ko se sir stopi odstavim, dam na makarone (ali karkoli pač skuham za zraven) in pojem. Za približno 3 lakotnike.&lt;br /&gt;

Danes mi je bilo tako dolgčas, da sem se odločil peči nekaj CUKRASTEGA, zato sem si zmislil čokoladne piškote z kokosom in mletimi mandelji. Recept je hiter in&amp;nbsp;preprost in primeren za vse, tudi tiste, ki ste v kuhinji bolj tuji.&lt;br /&gt;

Sestavine:&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 jajci&lt;br /&gt;
- 250g moke&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 in pol skodelice CUKRA (od tega 2 vanilina sladkorja)&lt;br /&gt;
- 150g kokosove moke&lt;br /&gt;
- 100g mletih mandeljev&lt;br /&gt;
- 200g stopljenega masla&lt;br /&gt;

- 5 čajnih žlic kakava v prahu (ne benko, pravi kakav)&lt;br /&gt;

- nekaj kapljic mleka&lt;br /&gt;

- pecilni prašek (1 vrečka bo dovolj, lahko poskusite tudi z manj ampak ne priporočam začetnikom)&lt;br /&gt;

Najprej zmešam jajca, sladkor in maslo, da nastane penasta&amp;nbsp;mešanica.&amp;nbsp;V skledo si pripravim moko in jo zmešam&amp;nbsp;s pecilnim praškom, v manjši posodici pa zmešam kakav in mleko, da nastane gosta in gladka kakavova masa. Moko zmešam z jajci, sladkorjem in maščobo ter po dobrem ročnem mešanju (odlična vaja za moč roke) dodam še mandlje in kokosovo moko ter kakavovo maso. Ko resnično dobro premešam je masa lepe čokoladne rjave barve in izrednega okusa. Maso lahko oblikujem z roko,&amp;nbsp;žlico, nožem, vilico&amp;nbsp;ali jo z kuhinjsko&amp;nbsp;inekcijo "nabrizgam" na pekač obložen&amp;nbsp;s peki papirjem ter postavim za dobrih 10 minut v pečico ogreto na 190 stopinj velikega C-ja. Pazit moram, da je masa pred peko debela slabih pol centimetra, ker če bo masa na pekaču debelejša se čas peke zveča. Vredno poskusa.&lt;br /&gt;
